The auction process starts with sellers submitting their aircraft. from there our Cockpit Concierge Agents work with sellers to define a valuation based on current market conditions, an attainable reserve and develop comprehensive digital documentation including logbooks, airworthiness, historical profile, beautiful images and videos. We then create the listing with complete data in our virtual data room. The marketing period is from 4-6 weeks where we promote every auction across all possible outlets so all qualified buyers know that their desired aircraft is coming up for sale. Auctions typically run for 7-10 days. After the winning bid is placed; the secure escrow closing process begins and completes commonly quickly. The aircraft is picked up in a week or less.
